Registration is now open for the 2024 edition of the Junior e-Motocross Series, which is generously supported by KTM. This prestigious event caters to young participants racing with a KTM SX-E 5, offering them the opportunity to secure one of the limited 40 spots on the starting line.

Since its establishment in 2021, the Junior e-Motocross Series has garnered significant attention and praise. Specifically tailored for young motocross enthusiasts aged between six and eight years old, this five-round e-motorsport competition is strategically aligned with select events on the MXGP World Championship calendar, facilitating seamless integration into the broader motocross community.

MXPG Spain 2023, Arroyomolinos Rider:

The series serves as a platform for young riders to demonstrate their skills in a competitive yet safe environment, fostering their passion for motocross. With unwavering support from KTM, the series remains dedicated to nurturing youth development in motocross.

In 2024, the series will maintain its established one-day format for each round. Participants on KTM SX-E 5 or equivalent bikes will engage in a timed qualifying session to determine gate positions for two races. Following the completion of both races, points will be tallied, and the top three riders will be honored on the MXGP podium for their accomplishments.

The season will commence with the MXGP of France on May 19, followed by four additional events scheduled throughout the summer. Featuring a variety of classic circuits, each race is anticipated to draw thousands of spectators, with many more tuning in via mxgp-tv.com from the comfort of their homes.

With its ability to attract an international field of competitors annually, the Junior e-Motocross Series continues to prove its status as a resounding success. Interested participants are encouraged to register promptly, as all 40 spots on the starting gate are expected to be filled swiftly. Eligible competitors must commit to at least three rounds and fall within the age range of 6 to 8 years old, with their age determined as of January 1, 2024.

Riann Neveling – Head of KTM Global Marketing:This year marks the fourth edition of the Junior e-Motocross Series and each one so far has been incredibly successful. The feedback we receive regarding this series is always very positive and I have no doubt that this will continue in 2024. We know that the format works and this will continue this year, but of course, the most exciting part for every young rider is the opportunity to race on a real MXGP track on the same day as their racing heroes. This series allows KTM to show its commitment to e-mobility research and development, and with many of the riders in last year’s series choosing to compete on the KTM SX-E 5, it shows that our bike is competitive. We’re a few months away from round one and I’m sure the 2024 Junior e-Motocross Series will be another huge success.”
